The calendar for handing in the census forms for the penyes has been established in accordance with the agreements reached at the last Congrés Munidal de Penyes.
One of the key points of the Penyes Segle XXI Project was to discover a true picture of the penyes movement. For the first time, the Club statutes recognise the figure of the penya member as a fundamental part of its social mass. For that reason it is vital that we know the real strength of the movement. During the XXXIII Congrés Mundial de Penyes the census process for penyes was approved and the calendar for the process has now been released.
Census Delivery Made Easy
The initial sending of information can be done using the excel sheet here. Please remember that all the fields marked in BLUE are obligatory (penya key,name, surname, date of birth, sex and DNI).
The Club can this help large scale uploading of data with the online tool which will be the application you can use to modify information concerning both clubs and members. This application is now available and information about individual members can now be uploaded via the Club website.
First phase till the end of the year
Clubs can send the excel sheet with the information about members at any time before December 31st - simply send the completed sheet to penyes@fcbarcelona.cat. All clubs which send in a completed sheet before this date will be given an extra ticket for any final and two free passes for the Camp Nou Experience.
If any information is missing, please send in what you have, as there will be a chance to complete the process in the second phase of the census process.
Second Phase: until 28th February
Clubs can still send in the excel sheet during January and February – either the first delivery of information, or updates of missing info from previous sheets. Individual data can also be entered via the online tool available for penyes.
Those penyes who have not completed the census by February 28th will not be included in the distribution of tickets for any final the team reach.
Final phase at the end of the season
Penyes who miss the February deadline can enter data individually using the online tool until the end of the season and any club which has failed to complete the process by June 30th will temporarily be suspended and excluded from the historical first penyista card, which carries many advantages for all members.
This calendar has been agreed on collectively and approved by the clubs themselves. It is a historic and pioneering process in the social aspect of any sports club.
